 COPYRIGHT, LEGAL AND RIGHTS 

 

Ownership of Digital Asset:

The Digital Asset belongs to Pixelcolours. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademark or any other intellectual property rights in the Digital Asset or in any product sold by Pixelcolours. You can only use the Digital Asset as allowed in this Agreement and License; any other use is not allowed.

 

Legal Protections:

The Digital Asset is protected by local and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

Changes to Agreement:

Pixelcolours can change this agreement at any time without prior notice. 

 

Limits of Responsability:

Pixelcolours would not be responsible for any unexpected harm (like losing business profits or information) or claims from using or not being able to use the Digital Asset. In no case will Pixelcolours owe you or anyone else more than what the Digital Asset costs or providing a similar replacement, as decided by Pixelcolours.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. In rare cases, a refund may be issued at the seller’s discretion. If approved, the buyer must confirm that no copies of the design asset remain and provide proof of a valid purchase and receipt. Once a refund is processed, any license granted will be considered void. 

 

Agreement

You, the Licensee (name on the invoice) accept that you have read and accept this agreement. By purchasing and downloading the Digital Asset you will be bound by its terms and conditions. This is the complete agreement between you and Pixelcolours and overrides any other spoken or written deal.
