Can I just sell your artwork as stickers, stamps or just paste a graphic in a mug and sell it?
No, you cannot use our products as is. You must create a new design that is significantly different from the original element. It should require time, effort, and skill to produce and should not primarily depend on the original element. You cannot sell a product that competes with the original asset or include the original files in your product. You cannot make with my graphics SVG files, graphic or sticker packs.

Can I use your design assets to make physical products to sell on Zazzle, Cafepress, etc?

Can I use your digital assets to create digital products for Etsy

Can I resell the premade logos that come with some of your fonts?
No, the intended use for premade logos is that you create an end product that must be significantly different than the original asset. You cannot resell or use our assets as is.

Can I create original logos with your design assets and sell them? 
Yes, as long as you use our elements as part of a new design and not make the element the core value of the product.

How many products can I sell with your digital assets?
Unlimited.

Can I use your design assets for client work?
Yes, you can as long as you make an end product and don’t include the original asset files in the project. (Example: you make a logo and you must send a rasterized image or a vector image of the logo but you cannot share the original graphic or font with the client)

What is an end product?
It’s a complete project: a logo, a wedding card, a digital ad, etc.

What if the client needs to edit a card or a design with a font?
The client must purchase a license and must be bound by our terms. One license per client.

Is a client able to copyright a logo with your design assets?
Yes but they must release the design element used. Pixelcolours is still the owner of the digital asset and we are just selling you a license to use it.

Can I use your digital assets to create templates for Templett or Corjl?
No, you cannot. You may do it only with a Pro License and you can create up to 2 templates.

What licenses do you offer?
We offer 4 licenses based on business size. All of them are generous: include web use, and we don't charge additionals for Desktop use.

Standard License: Desktop + Web 

Extended License: Desktop + More Web Views + E-pub

Pro License: Desktop + More Web Views + App OR Templates

Pro Extended License: Desktop + More Web Views + Server OR Broadcasting

Enterprise License: Unlimited use

Can I create SVG files with your fonts?
Yes but you must create phrases or words and not make SVGs to sell as is from the characters of a font, neither of the graphics.

Can I digitize your fonts and sell them for embroidery?
No, you cannot with a Standard License but you can purchase a Pro Extended License, contact us.

What License comes with the fonts that includes logos or graphic elements?
It applies the License you purchased for fonts and the Standard License for graphics. Example: If you purchased the Pro Extended, it applies the Pro Extended for fonts and the Standard for graphics. We only offer a Standard License for graphic assets.

A foreign character is missing, can you add it for me?
We probably can, contact us.

I don’t like the look of a letter, can you change it for me?
Unfortunately we cannot edit the fonts for each customer preferences. The only customization we offer is for Enterprise License.

Do I need to submit my details even for freebies?
Yes, because you must abide by our license and terms even for freebies.

Do I need to checkout for freebies?
Add the product to your cart and you will be guided to the checkout process but you don’t have to pay, you will receive the link in the last step and in your email.

What License applies for Freebies?
Standard License.

How do I download the product?
After payment, you will be directed to a download page with a link. And you will receive an email with the download link.

I still don’t receive my download link
Occasionally, our digital downloads plugin may encounter a delay of 2-3
hours, just contact us if in that time you haven’t received.

At this moment we accept PayPal or Zelle. For Zelle payments contact us first.

I don't need the product, can you refund me?
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds for digital products, sorry.
